COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

When you fill out a form on our website to request information, we collect the following personal data:

PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

MARKETING, DIRECT CONTACT, ENHANCED CONVERSIONS, AND GOOGLE ANALYTICS ADVERTISING FEATURES

    • Collecting information on users’ age, gender, and purchasing interests to better tailor advertisements. This processing will only be carried out with your consent, which may be revoked at any time. Your data will be retained for this purpose for 25 years. 

CUSTOMER AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

Your data processing is necessary for: 

• • • Carrying out pre-contractual procedures at your request; 
    • Execution of the contract to be entered into between you and UIP; 
    • Provision of services. If you do not provide your data, we will not be able to provide the requested or contracted services. Your data will be retained as follows: 
    • Property owners: for the duration of property ownership; 
    • UIP club members: for the duration of membership; 
    • Guests, customers, and general contacts: for a period of 10 years, or as required by law. 

PROFILING

 UIP may process your personal data to assess your economic situation, preferences, interests, reliability, and behavior to enhance our products and services. This process will only be carried out with your consent and can be revoked at any time. Your data will be retained for this purpose for 25 years.

COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT AND CONTACTS RECEIVED BY UIP  

Your personal data will be processed for managing suggestions and complaints based on UIP’s legitimate interests and your consent. Your data will be retained until the resolution of your issue, for a maximum period of 12 months. 

SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT

Your personal data will be processed for contract execution or the management of product and service supply. The data will be retained for 25 years. 

WILL MY INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH OTHERS?  

Your personal information may be disclosed:

    • To third-party service providers, such as website hosting, digital marketing, communication, and public relations; 
    • To tourism management operators contracted by UIP;
